Preparation:

Boil pasta in lightly salted water until tender, drain.

and cover the pasta with a lid. Melt butter in a deep frying pan and

gradually stir in the spices. When a homogeneous mass is formed,

remove from fire. Add broth and cream, return to heat and bring to a boil.

to a boil, stirring constantly. Then pour the thick sauce over the pasta,

add meat, cut into small pieces, boiled mushrooms and

raw yolk. Mix well, put in a pan or deep

baking sheet. Sprinkle with grated cheese on top, bake in a preheated oven in

for 20-30 minutes until golden brown.
