For 2 servings of tagliatelle pasta with chicken and mushroom sauce, you will need: • tagliatelle pasta – 100 g (4 nests); • mushrooms – 100 g; • chicken fillet – 100 g; • sour cream 20% fat – 250 ml; • garlic – one clove; • onions – 1/2 head; • grated Parmesan cheese – 3 tablespoons (with a slide); • tomato paste – 2 teaspoons; • finely chopped parsley – one tablespoon; • olive oil – one tablespoon spoon; • black freshly ground pepper – to taste; • salt – to taste.

Cook the tagliatelle paste according to the directions on the package. Meanwhile, chop the chicken fillet into pieces, finely chop the onions and garlic and sauté them in a hot skillet with olive oil until the meat turns white. After slicing the mushrooms, add them to the pan. Fry all these ingredients for two minutes. When the tagliatelle is almost cooked, turn off the pan and let the pasta stand. There is no need to drain the water yet.

Toss the sour cream with the fried ingredients and place the skillet over low heat for one to two minutes. Then add 2 tablespoons to the cooking dish. grated Parmesan cheese and 2 tsp. tomato paste. Mix everything, pepper and salt.

Now pour the water in which the pasta was boiled into another container. Put the pasta in a skillet with chicken, mushrooms and sauce, stir everything. To keep the dish juicy, add a little of the remaining tagliatelle water. When serving, sprinkle the pasta with mushrooms and chicken with 1 tbsp. finely chopped parsley, as well as 1 tbsp. grated cheese. Your hearty meal is ready! It is advisable to eat the pasta while it is still warm.

Chicken pasta: recipe

To prepare this dish, spaghetti is used as a pasta. For 4 servings you will need the following ingredients: • chicken breast fillet – 2 pieces; • smoked bacon – 6 pieces; • fresh mushrooms – 250 g; • spaghetti – 400 g; • egg yolk – 2 pieces; • dry white wine – 100 ml ;

• 40% cream – 200 ml; • tomato paste – 2 teaspoons; • chopped parsley – 10 g; • olive oil – 1 tablespoon; • freshly ground pepper – to taste; • salt – to taste.

1. Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add olive oil. Fry the chicken fillet, cut into small cubes, until golden brown, then transfer to a plate. Add the finely chopped bacon and diced mushrooms to the skillet and cook for about 5 minutes.
