Hurrying on a love date, you should not pour liters of deodorant on yourself or worry about a sudden arrow on pantyhose.

Researchers from the University of Groningen (Holland) are convinced that our body will take care of itself so that we can freely indulge in passion, not paying attention to annoying little things. When we are seized with sexual arousal, even obviously unpleasant things – for example, pungent odors – cease to annoy us.

The feeling of disgust is a natural defensive reaction of our body to possible dangers posed by the environment, including the body of another person. But in a state of excitement, the activity of this protective system decreases, we become more relaxed and open to rapprochement.
