Making Passion Fruit Syrup
Ingredients
Water – 1 glass
Sugar – 1 glass
Passion fruit pulp – 50 g
Method of preparation
In a small saucepan mix all ingredients. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring until sugar dissolves.
Reduce heat and simmer until syrup has reduced to 1,5 cups, about 15 minutes.
Pour into jars and close. Keep refrigerated.
