Partridge meat is a pure complete protein. It is a dietary product, as it does not have cholesterol. Recommended for people with low hemoglobin levels. If you use it regularly, then soon hemoglobin normalizes and the general condition of a person improves.
Not only meat is useful for the human body, but also partridge eggs. They are quite small, 4-5 times smaller than chicken. Weight does not exceed 13 g. But the benefits are many times greater than in the rest.
It is a source of vitamins. All B vitamins are present: B1 – 0 mg; B13 – 2 mg; B0 – 79 mg; B3 – 0 mg; B15-4 mg; B263 – 4 mg; B5 – 1 mcg.
How to use and use correctly?
You can eat raw, boiled, baked and fried. The benefits and harms are determined by the daily rate, which depends on the full years of the person.
Children under one year are not recommended for use. From a year old to 3 a day, you can eat no more than two pieces, up to 10 years old – no more than three, up to 18 – no more than six, and people over 50 – no more than five.
If you eat every day the daily norm, then after 2 weeks you can notice a positive effect. You should not constantly eat them, otherwise the preventive and therapeutic effect will not come.
Ideally, eat fresh. If you are not sure that the bird was healthy, then it is better to heat treat it.
Heat treatment must also be correct in order to preserve all useful substances and trace elements. If you decide to cook, then the process lasts 15 minutes, no longer. In the future, cooking contributes to the destruction of vitamins and amino acids.

What are the contraindications?
There are quite a few cases when a person may experience an allergic reaction caused by the components that make up partridge eggs. In this case, it is strictly forbidden to eat the product, otherwise you will not benefit, but harm the body.
When using, you must be sure that the bird is absolutely healthy. The partridge itself is considered a wild bird, and there is a huge risk of picking up salmonellosis. Therefore, all doctors strongly recommend eating the product only after proper heat treatment.
Medicinal properties
Unlike other birds, partridges incubate eggs that actively lower cholesterol levels. Often used for baby food, as they are hypoallergenic. They are great for diathesis in children.
If you eat them regularly, you can improve the condition of the nervous system. Phosphorus, potassium and iron strengthen memory. Doctors recommend for such purposes to eat the product for children and the elderly.
It also normalizes systolic blood pressure and the digestive system. In viral diseases, they have an antibacterial and immunomodulatory effect on a person.
Doctors recommend this product to patients with anemia, heart disease, headache attacks, various types of asthma and stomach diseases.
Many scientific studies have proven that the shell contains calcium carbonate, the level of which is several times higher than pharmacy preparations. Therefore, doctors recommend adding shells to children and pregnant women in food. Thus, calcium metabolism will be restored and the deficiency will be restored.
Partridge egg recipes
There are many recipes that use partridge eggs. First you need to figure out how to cook them correctly. After all, improper heat treatment can deprive the product of all useful components. Cooking time is strictly 15 minutes. If you like soft-boiled, then just put it in boiling water and cook for five minutes, if you want hard-boiled – 10 minutes. Unlike chicken eggs, partridge eggs can be placed in boiling water. Thanks to their strong shell, they do not burst.
What to cook?
For breakfast, it will be useful to cook an omelette. It will saturate the body with a complex of vitamins and give energy. For cooking, we need 5 eggs and 50 g of milk (if you don’t have enough, you can make more, but in a proportion of ½). Whisk well and slowly add milk. During this time, the pan will heat up. You can fry an omelette in any oil, but olive oil is better. Pour the resulting mixture into the pan, cover with a lid and reduce the heat to a minimum.
The cooking process is 5-7 minutes. It is recommended to eat hot.
Instead of an omelette for breakfast, you can make toast. Such a breakfast will be much more satisfying. In a piece of bread, cut out the middle and fry the toast (butter is better for this recipe) on both sides, and gently drive the egg into the middle. If you want to get a liquid yolk, then do not cover with a lid.
You can also cook a delicious diet soup. The recipe is quite simple. We can cook the soup itself on vegetables or partridge meat. At the end of cooking, we add eggs that have been beaten beforehand.
Having prepared such simple dishes, you will not feel hungry, and your body will be saturated with vitamins and useful microelements.
Partridge eggs and cosmetology
Much to my surprise, this product is used not only in cooking, but also in cosmetology. Based on the product, firming and toning masks are made. Masks can be used not only on the face, but on the whole body and hair.
To moisturize the skin, you can prepare a mask at home. To do this, we need three yolks and 40 ml of oil (olive or vegetable). We mix the ingredients well and our mask is ready. By massaging the skin of the face, we apply a mask. Keep no more than half an hour. After the time has elapsed, rinse with water of medium temperature.
If your sebaceous glands are too active, which gives the face an oily sheen, then protein can cope with this problem. Apply it in a thick layer and hold for 20 minutes. Then rinse with cool, but not ice water.
So that the hair does not break and does not dry out, you can make a strengthening mask. We take three eggs, 8 ml of olive oil and 40 g of honey (pre-melt so that it becomes liquid). Beat well with a mixer and apply evenly. We wrap the hair with polyethylene, creating the effect of a sauna, and wrap it tightly with a terry towel. Leave for 60 minutes, wash off the mask and wash your hair with shampoo.
Storage
It is very important that the shell is intact, otherwise the shelf life is halved. You can store for a month at a temperature not exceeding 22 ° C, and at a temperature of 4-6 ° C – two months.
