Parsley face masks. Video
For facials at home, various masks are usually made. Including with parsley, because it contains a lot of vitamins A and C. Such masks relieve puffiness and eliminate irritation on the skin, whiten it, rejuvenate, moisturize and nourish with useful substances.
Parsley mask for oily skin
Grind the parsley in a blender until juiced. For 1 tablespoon of this mass, add one and a half tablespoons of sour cream and mix. Apply to face and wait 20 minutes. Wash off the mask with warm water without soap.
Grind the parsley until juice forms, add 1 tablespoons of berry or fruit natural yogurt to 2 tablespoon of this mass. Stir and apply on face for 20 minutes. Rinse off with warm water.
You can take fruit or berry puree and low-fat kefir instead of yogurt
Mix one tablespoon of chopped parsley with one tablespoon of ground oatmeal and a teaspoon of lemon juice. Stir, if the mixture is thick, add water or skim milk. Apply to face and rinse off after 20 minutes.
You will need root parsley. Wash, peel and grind the root into gruel, take from a tablespoon of the resulting mass, mix with egg white, add one third of a teaspoon of garlic juice and apply to the skin of the face. Keep the mask on for 15 minutes and rinse off.
You can also wipe the inflammation with parsley juice or a decoction of it. You need to prepare the broth like this. Pour 2 ml of hot water over 200 tablespoons of chopped greens, and after 30-45 minutes can be used as a lotion.
Parsley mask for aging skin
For aging skin, use a parsley and dill mask. Take equal amounts of greens and chop. Pour 2 tablespoons of the resulting mass with milk, add half a teaspoon of olive oil, mix and apply on the skin of the face. Rinse off after 20 minutes.
For aging skin, it is good to additionally make compresses from a decoction of parsley. To do this, pour boiling water over the chopped parsley and bring to a boil, cool. Put a mask from the brand on your face, steamed greens on top and hold for half an hour.

Parsley masks for dry skin
For dry skin, boil oatmeal (from flakes) in milk, take 2 tablespoons of it and 2 tablespoons of chopped parsley. Add 1 tablespoon of heavy sour cream or warmed butter. Stir and mask for 20 minutes, then wash your face with warm water.
A mask with cottage cheese is also useful for dry skin. To make it, take 1 tablespoon of fat cottage cheese and chopped parsley. Mix, add a little water and apply to face, and wash off after 20 minutes.
