Parade of strollers in Voronezh -2016
On the first summer weekend, a parking lot for unusual vehicles appeared in the Alye Parusa park. 75 bright crews took part in the wheelchair parade.
The parents worked on the creation of extraordinary corteges for several days and nights. As a result, baby carriages turned into rockets, glowing moon rovers, a Star Wars ship, a field kitchen, a cabbage head, a mini-excavator, flower meadows, and an apiary. Woman`s Day presents the most unusual transformations.

The Shuvaev family created a real lunar rover made of foam and penofol.
Elena Dorokhova made a doll carriage in the form of a hollow for her daughter, where they put a toy squirrel.
Evgeny Papchenko made a real excavator for his son Ilya, which was demonstrated at the wheelchair parade. We had to use a trailer to transport the excavator.
The railway workers of Gureva made mummy costumes with the help of 50 medical bandages.
Anna and Yevgeny Kondaurovs made a beautiful ship with scarlet sails for their sons, Semyon and Stepan, using improvised means.
Yulia Shipletsova made a carriage for the little princess out of a stroller using ordinary tulle.
Craftswoman Marina Lovchikova turned the carriage into a mug on a saucer for her daughters Evangelina and Angelina. A similar set was on the table during the crazy tea party from the fairy tale “Alice in Wonderland”.
Marina Afanasyeva in half a day invented the costume of Tsar Triton for the youngest son of Dima, the Little Mermaid for the eldest daughter, and turned the carriage into the seabed.
The Izmailov family has woven a stroller from a paper vine. To decorate the cradle, flowers were used, which were also made by hand. And the beautiful linen suits were specially sewn for the 4-year wedding anniversary.
For one and a half year old Zlata Kartashova, the parents transformed the stroller into a DJ booth. For this, old vinyl records from 87th year of release and CDs were used.
The Kolesnik family turned the stroller into a fabulous firebird with the help of satin fabric and cardboard.
The Zheleznykh beekeepers, parents of four sons, came up with the idea of making a stroller in the form of an apiary.
Flying saucer from Saturn
The Raskatov family for the sake of the parade turned into space aliens from the planet Saturn. The flying saucer on which the aliens flew in was made using a cart from a supermarket.
Primary school teacher Olga Karaseva and her husband Dmitry, who works as a blacksmith, decided to stage Russian epics for the wheelchair parade. For this, they sewed a hero’s costume for their son Dmitry, they themselves dressed up as representatives of the royal people, and the carriage turned into the Serpent Gorynych.
The Anisimov family transformed the stroller into a field kitchen on wheels. Bank employee Alexander Anisimov prepared buckwheat porridge with stewed meat for all the participants of the parade.
A friendly team of young mothers from the accounting department decided to turn the motorcade into a traveling circus tent.
For the nomination “Doll Carriage” the Kuzovkin family made costumes of bunnies, and turned the carriage into a box with foam rubber carrots. Natural birch bark was used to decorate the vehicle.
Julia Bychkova, together with her daughter Svyatoslav, turned the doll’s carriage into the throne of the Snow Queen.
Mathematicians Natalya and Dmitry Grechenko came up with a real spaceship for little Yaroslav. For its manufacture, honeycomb polycarbonate, silver insulation, special film, pipes and paint were needed.
The Yurins’ family dressed up as the heroes of Charles Perrault’s fairy tale. The stroller was turned into a little basket for Little Red Riding Hood. During the parade, she treated everyone to real pies.
The Papezh family turned an ordinary stroller into an Indian dwelling. Themselves also dressed up as the leaders of the Redskins.
Elena Lyalina made a cabbage-shaped stroller for her daughter Katya. For this, only cardboard, gouache and imagination were needed.
It took Alexander and Ekaterina Provotorov about three weeks to make a flying ship for Xenia’s daughter.
The Altukhov family came up with the image of a nesting doll for the parade. “When I was little, my dad called me matryoshka all the time,” recalls Diana Altukhova. “Now we have a new nesting doll, my daughter.”
The Brazhnikov family became the heroes of the popular film. Dad became Darth Vader, mother became Princess Leia, son became master Yoda, daughter became a little princess. Such a crew was accompanied by a cardboard robot P2D2.
The Gulevsky family with the help of blue face painting appeared in the form of characters from the cartoon “The Smurfs”. To decorate the amusing cortege, a huge dandelion was made from 300 plastic cups.
Nadezhda Konstantinova for her daughter Nastya with the help of balloons turned the stroller into a flower meadow.

The Kavun family had two vehicles at once. The eldest son Seryozha, dressed as a mouse, arrived on a scooter in the form of cheese, and the youngest Kirill arrived at the parade in a wheelchair shaped like a balloon.
