Fried pangasius with orange sauce
You will need:
– pangasius fillet (2 pcs.); – butter (2 tbsp. L.); – vegetable oil (2 tbsp. L.); – orange juice (300 ml); – Wheat flour; – salt; – Bay leaf; – parsley.
First, you need to salt the fish, roll in flour and fry in a well-heated pan in vegetable oil until golden brown. Then remove and blot the remaining fat well with a paper towel.
Now how to prepare the sauce. Pour the orange juice into a saucepan and add the butter, previously doused in flour. Bring this mixture to a boil, stirring constantly. Add bay leaves and finely chopped parsley here and reduce heat. Place the fried fillets in a saucepan with sauce and bring to a boil over very low heat. The dish is ready to serve.
Spicy Pangasius
For this recipe you need:
– pangasius fillet (2 pcs.); – fresh tomatoes (2 pcs.); – lemon (1 pc.); – pitted olives (100 g); – olive oil; – fresh basil; – salt; – ground black pepper.
First you need to marinate the fillets. To do this, take 2 tablespoons of olive oil, the juice of half a lemon, salt, pepper and mix everything thoroughly. Grate the pangasius with this mixture on all sides and leave it to marinate for half an hour.
Then cut the fish into large chunks and place in a hot, oiled frying pan. Fry the pangasius over high heat on both sides until golden brown. Put the finished pieces on a plate, sprinkle with chopped basil, drizzle with soy sauce. Decorate the finished dish with tomato slices and olives.
