The dough can be prepared both manually and with the help of kitchen helpers, such as a blender. First, put eggs, salt and sugar in a bowl or blender bowl and beat everything well. After that, add warmed milk and sifted flour to the container. All ingredients should be thoroughly beaten until a homogeneous air mass without lumps is formed and vegetable oil is added.
The pan before pouring in each new portion of pancake dough should be lubricated with a piece of lard or vegetable oil (with a brush). Fry each pancake on both sides and, after removing it to a plate, coat one upper side with butter. Pancakes from such a dough are very tasty and fragrant on their own. - 1 teaspoon of sugar and the same amount of salt;
- 250 g wheat flour (sifted);
- 80 g of starch;
- 1 g baking soda;
- 1-2 eggs;
- 30 ml of vegetable oil.
First you need to mix kefir, egg, salt and sugar in a bowl. In a separate bowl, mix flour and cornstarch until smooth. Add this dry mass to the resulting mixture of kefir and eggs and mix everything well. After that, add soda, mix again and add vegetable oil to the mixture.
The resulting pancake dough should turn out to be quite liquid, but do not be afraid that the pancakes will not move well from the pan and tear. Due to the presence of components such as starch and vegetable oil in the dough, they will simply “jump” from the pan without any effort. Too thick dough should be diluted with kefir. Pour pancakes into a preheated pan in an even layer, brown until golden brown.

- 250-300 g mushrooms;
- 2 heads of white onions;
- vegetable oil for stewing and frying;
- black pepper and salt to taste.
The meat must be prepared in advance, it should be washed, boiled in salted water, cooled and passed through a meat grinder. Wash the mushrooms, dry them, cut into slices, put in a preheated pan with vegetable oil. Peel the onion, cut into thin half rings, send to the mushrooms.
