Pancakes can be a main course for breakfast or dinner, as well as a delicious dessert after lunch. Try adding apples to baked goods, they will make the dish even tastier. You can make baked pancakes or stuff them, add lingonberries, lemon zest, cinnamon, or other ingredients to the apple filling.

Pancakes with apples and cinnamon
These pancakes can be served with honey or caramel sauce, which perfectly emphasize the sweet and sour taste of apples.
You will need: – 2 cups of milk; – 1 glass of wheat flour; – 2 eggs; – 0,25 teaspoon of baking soda; – salt; – 1 tablespoon of sugar; – 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil. – 400 g of sweet apples; – 0,5 .2 cups of water; – 1 tablespoons of brown sugar; – XNUMX teaspoon of ground cinnamon.
Peel the apples, cut into cubes and place in a saucepan. Add sugar and simmer until soft. Add cinnamon and stir.
If you don’t like cinnamon, eliminate it from the recipe.
Bake pancakes. Add beaten eggs, sugar, salt, baking soda and vegetable oil to warm milk. Pour the sifted flour in portions and mix well the dough; in consistency it should resemble liquid sour cream.
Pour the dough in portions into a skillet lightly greased with butter or a crust of unsalted lard. Bake pancakes on both sides. Place the filling in the center of each and fold the product into an envelope. Heat the butter in a separate skillet and brown the stuffed pancakes until golden brown. Serve hot with honey or sauce.

For the filling: – 1 kg of apples; – 1,5 cups of sugar; – 2 eggs; – 100 g of sour cream.
Separate the yolks from the whites and rub them with sugar and salt. Add warm milk, stir well and pour in melted butter. Gradually add the sifted flour to the mixture, rubbing so that no lumps remain in the dough. Beat the whites until fluffy and gently add to the dough.
Preheat a skillet and brush with vegetable oil. Using a ladle, pour the dough into the pan, turning it to distribute it in an even layer. When one side of the pancake is browned, turn it over and continue frying. Fold the finished pancakes in a stack, smearing each with butter.
Peel the apples and finely chop or grate. Put pancakes in a saucepan, sandwich them with apples and sprinkle with sugar. Pancakes should be on top of the pan. Beat the eggs with sour cream and the remaining sugar and pour the resulting pie on top.
Use sour apples, such as Antonovka. They have a pleasant aroma and taste.
Place the pot in an oven preheated to 200 degrees. Bake the product until it falls behind the sides of the container. Remove the dessert, put it on a platter and cool. Serve the cake by cutting it into slices.
