Method of preparation

Beat eggs, salt and sugar with a mixer or whisk, then pour in milk, add flour, stir, add vegetable oil, stir again and then bake pancakes in a preheated frying pan greased with vegetable oil. (It is best to grease the skillet with raw potatoes, chopped onto a fork.)
