First of all, beat the egg into a foam with a mixer. Without stopping whisking, add the rest of the ingredients: kefir, sugar, salt, baking powder, soda, flour and stir until a fluffy homogeneous mass is obtained. To make the dough thinner, add an additional 1-2 tablespoons of milk.

Then heat a frying pan over medium heat, brush with butter and fry pancakes from kefir dough.

Puffed Pancake Dough Recipe

To make puffed pancakes, you need to take:

– 2 tablespoons of butter or margarine; – 2 large eggs; – ½ cup flour; – ½ glass of milk; – ¼ a teaspoon of salt; – baking powder for the dough; – lemon juice; – icing sugar.

In a small bowl, beat the eggs with a whisk or mixer. Then add flour, milk, sugar, salt, lemon juice, baking powder and start kneading the dough. This should be done as quickly as possible.

Heat the oven to 200 degrees. Melt butter in a special mold, then grease the bottom and walls of the mold with butter. After that, pour the dough into the cells of the mold and put the pancakes in the oven for 10 minutes. They should rise and brown.
