Before that, almost none of them bought tonics on purpose, sticking to one brand – we asked them to tell how much money they would spend on their favorite options.

They did not see the packaging itself – the tonics were poured into small containers in order to eliminate even a hint of the cost of the product and its brand.

The study will be useful to all those who follow the beauty market and simply like to choose cosmetics based on external factors – for example, without seeing the packaging, price and brand, the girls chose not the most expensive options as their favorites. But when they saw the bottles themselves, their hands reached out to the most beautiful ones!

– It smells very nice of a rose. It does not disappear without a trace, but as if it envelops the skin – while walking with it is comfortable, I think, in winter, when the skin needs protection.

– This one smells of berries, like red currants, and a very pleasant pink color. I’m used to the fact that tonics are usually tinted with something green or blue, but pink is something new! It is so cool to wipe the skin after sleep – it will instantly wake up.

– Pleasant texture and aroma, very pleasant and fresh smells of orange and does not dry the skin. It doesn’t look like a tonic at all, rather like a gel, but the aroma fades away quickly.

– I have never seen a white tonic – and this one is also “soft” to the skin, it is quickly absorbed. And this one generally wants to drink! Reminds me of a liqueur, it seems to me that it is expensive. Cool consistency – like milk, and it smells like pine needles.

– I liked samples 9 (Weleda), 5 (Thalgo), 4 (Planeta Organica), 7 (Caudalie): they have a pleasant smell without weighing down, they do not pinch the skin and do not dry out. When applied to the face, they are quickly absorbed and prepare the skin for the application of the cream, but honestly, after some of them, the cream is not really needed. For example, 9 (Weleda) and 2 (Payot) – the first is very nutritious, and the second seems to me to be cleansing, after which the skin breathes perfectly.

– I liked 3 (Blithe) and 5 (Thalgo) – because of the neutral aroma and wide range of applications. It seems that these tonics can at least erase mascara from the eyes, they are so delicate. 9 (Weleda) and 8 (Lancome) will not work for my dry skin, and 1 (Bella Aurora) is not in favor due to the fact that I do not like the rose. The first sample seemed the most expensive – both in terms of fragrance and effect, but I wouldn’t be surprised if 8 (Lancome) is also not cheap.
