INDICATIONS AND DOSAGE
Local analgesic and anti-inflammatory effect in cases of: post-traumatic inflammation of tendons, ligaments, muscles and joints caused by hematomas, stretching or bruising, limited inflammation of joints, tendons and muscles, local forms of peripheral arthritis and spinal joints. Massage 2-4 g of gel 3-4 × / d lightly into the skin.
CONTRAINDICATIONS
Hypersensitivity to any component of the preparation, salicylates and other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs. Do not use in people in whom the administration of salicylates or other drugs inhibiting prostaglandin synthesis may cause an attack of asthma, urticaria or acute rhinitis.
WARNINGS
The preparation is for external use only, for use on the skin. Avoid contact of the preparation with the eyes and mucous membranes. Do not use on damaged skin surface. The use of an occlusive dressing for 10 hours will triple the amount of diclofenac absorbed overall. If the symptoms persist or worsen after 7 days of using the preparation, a medical consultation is recommended. Do not use for more than 14 days. In the case of long-term or large-area application of the skin, systemic side effects may occur. Propylene glycol contained in the preparation may cause local skin irritation. It is not recommended for use in children under 12 years of age. It should not be used in pregnant women (especially in the third trimester) and during breastfeeding due to the lack of data on the safety of its use.
INTERACTIONS
When the preparation is applied topically to the skin, the likelihood of drug interactions is low.
SIDE EFFECTS
Mild and transient skin symptoms at the application site may occur (rash, eczema, erythema, dermatitis [including contact dermatitis]). Very rare: lumpy rash, hypersensitivity, angioedema, asthma, photosensitivity reactions.
