PSYchology

An important kind of one’s own experience is one’s own experience of independence, when a child, teenager or adult begins to do something on his own, without guardianship from outside.

If the child does not have his own experience of independence, there will be nothing to comprehend. If there is an experience of independence, but the child does not have anyone to consult with, the experience may turn out to be empty or crooked.

How to treat a mistake: as a disaster or important feedback? Is it necessary to experience the past or is it necessary to deal with the future, with what lies ahead tomorrow?

There is no need to leave a child alone for the sake of acquiring his own experience — without processing, without correct comprehension based on his own experience, a child can make wrong comprehension, wrong decisions. Adult experiences help children make sense of their own experiences.
