Ovarian hydrocele

I have my right fallopian tube removed.

Hydropathic reason. Please explain if this is a serious disease. What are the effects? I am 51 years old.

A hydrocele of the fallopian tube is a completely benign disease – as a result of disturbances in the patency of the fallopian tube, it is distended and forms a hydrocele. If it has been operated on – you are fully cured (a side effect may of course be a fertility disorder, but it is not a problem at the described age). A large hydrocele of the fallopian tube may be a problem before the operation – it can hurt, in extreme cases it may perforate or twist – then it is necessary to operate urgently.

You are generally cured!
