We don’t even notice these habits – they are inherent in almost every person. At the same time, getting rid of them, you can make your diet healthier, and therefore bring yourself closer to the dream of an ideal figure and good health.
Food with bread
Bread is the head of everything, which means that no meal is possible without it. This was the opinion of our grandmothers, for whom, in difficult times, bread was indeed the most nutritious dish on the table. Today there is no urgent need for bread – it is only hard for the stomach and is a source of many carbohydrates. And the recipe of modern bread with the most refined (and therefore less useful) grain, flavorings and preservatives cannot be compared with the bread that our ancestors baked by hand.
Tea with sugar
Tea and coffee have a pronounced distinct taste of their own, and why it is customary to drink them with sugar, destroying the original taste, is not entirely clear. And such a habit is a direct road to frequent visits to the dentist, because the constant presence of sugar in the mouth destroys enamel and becomes an excellent feed for the multiplication of bacteria.
First, second and compote
Eating up for future use is a habit from the past, when the dishes were not always satisfying, and there was no opportunity to have a snack at hard work. Such overeating inevitably leads to poor health – heaviness and pain in the stomach, intestinal problems.
A hearty dinner for the night
Dinner is the only time for many when the whole family can gather at a common table at the end of the working day. Therefore, such meetings are often delayed by conversations, and much more food is consumed than a person needs. This leads to disturbances in sleep and digestion, and in the morning – to fatigue and drowsiness.
Dessert sure
At the end of any meal, we are used to “rewarding” ourselves with sweet things, like in childhood – eat porridge, get candy. This addiction to sugar leads to uncontrolled spikes in insulin, feeling unwell and, of course, overweight.
Frequent snacking
Snacking is a healthy habit, but there should be 2-3 of them for the whole day – between main meals. The habit of eating all the time – when watching a movie, reading a book, talking on the phone – is a sure way to a large number of calories, a broken rhythm of eating the right food and being overweight.
