I have read, reread and revised this sheet. It seems to me to be complete and to correspond to current medical data on the disease. So I would have little to add if not to follow the advice given there. But I must all the same insist on the following point: do not neglect to treat your illness appropriately and do you don’t get used to to live with shortness of breath which could cause irreversible damage to the lungs.

To better understand your disease, its consequences and the importance of treating it well, ask your doctor to refer you to a asthma education center in your region. You will meet a Physiotherapist there who will inform you about the disease, the preventive measures to apply and how to take the medication properly. You will not regret this visit!
