Know your emotions better
The aim of the game ?
Find the mimed emotions. Interpret it yourself. Because that’s enough! They have fun overwhelming us half the time, are indomitable and end up making us die of laughing, crying, screaming… without even knowing why. The best is to tame them to better control them.
The unfolding?
We mimic an emotion and the child (or children) must detect what it is.
If he has trouble finding expressions, help him by asking him to make the face that corresponds to a situation such as: in front of a fireworks display; in front of a friend who is in pain; in front of a beautiful painting; in front of your mother, who stretches out her arms to you; in front of a gift… Now it’s your turn to act and guess.
Adult’s mission : mimic expressions the child does not know the name of. Is it drying? Not serious. He is taught a vocabulary word and he will know how to express what he feels next time.
With older children, you can print and cut out the emotion labels (or write them by hand) and draw them to mimic them. The first to reach 10 points wins.

We look for some, or we invent others. We illustrate the favorite and the situation that triggered it.
