The osteoblasts, cells that build bone tissue, from the moment we run out of exercise, slow down their activity, there is more destruction than construction, this is osteoporosis. So physical exercise activates the building of bone. Did you know that with 2 hours of exercise a week, quite intense, a man or a woman with osteoporosis, who does not make any diet, any diet adjustment and no treatment, increases his bone mass by 2% per year. So osteoporosis is the lack of exercise to which are added extremely specific dietary causes.

2st cause :

Protein deficiencies. Why is there protein deficiency? Quite simply because today people are afraid of meat, fish, eggs, protein foods. However, for a bone to remain in perfect health up to 80 years and over, it is necessary to ingest protein foods twice a day.

Why do you need protein foods twice a day? You will understand: imagine that this afternoon you ate a dozen eggs, or 2 grams of meat, it is excessive, absurd, enormous, we agree. You will tell yourself, I ate enough protein at noon, I don’t need it tonight, that’s the mistake. Because these 800 gr of meat or these eggs that you could have taken at noon, the body has digested them. It gave amino acids. The body takes these amino acids to rebuild the billions of cells that have died in the morning and late at night. There will be plenty of amino acids left, you will think that the body will store them and that you will not need to take protein tonight. Well no, part of the remaining amino acids the body burns, just like it burns glucose and fatty acids.

But there will still be a lot of amino acids that will not be stored by the body, but will be eliminated through the urine, in the form of urea, uric acid and ammonia, it does not store amino acids. It is as if you drank 3 liters, your water will be completely urinated after 2 hours and in the evening you will still have to drink water. It is as if you were saying “today, I am going to breathe a lot, I will not need to breathe tomorrow”… you will still have to breathe tomorrow, oxygen cannot be stored, the same for water and the proteins that you took at noon, even in excess, will not be stored; splitting at all meals is essential if you want to maintain strong muscles and bones. So if there is no protein food at night, you will likely have osteoporosis.

In conclusion, if you want to have a skeleton in perfect condition, you need meat or fish or eggs or seafood for lunch and dinner.

3st cause :

La 3st cause which leads to the destruction of bone tissue, it is the fad diets, which remove flour, starches and sugars from meals. Certainly, they can be effective for a while, but when meat, fish or eggs are eaten without bread, without pasta, without rice or potato, when one dissociates protein foods and floury foods, there is a drop in the insulin and a rise in glucagon. The consequence of this is that the amino acids which come from the digestion of the protein food, are transformed in the liver into glucose. Over time, people who eat dissociated develop osteoporosis, anemia, muscle wasting, amenorrhea, impotence, etc…. in short, premature aging, not to mention the fall in the immune system. It is therefore fundamental, as defended by classic dietetics, that the meals are balanced with raw vegetables + potato or pasta or rice or other cereal or tuber, with or without cooked vegetables + meat or fish or eggs or seafood. do this twice a day, you will avoid illness.
