He recommends getting rid of back pain by normalizing blood circulation. One way to achieve this is with a foot massage.

Recipe: first, make a soda bath for 15 minutes, dissolving a little baking soda in 3 liters of warm boiled water. Massage it is best done with a balm consisting of 100 g of olive oil, 40 g of sesame oil, 10 g of vitamin A in oil. After finishing the massage, put on warm cotton socks.

Rosehip decoction for rheumatism

Recipe: Chop 25 g of dry rose hips and pour boiling water over. Cook the mixture over low heat for 10 minutes. After that, let the broth stand under the lid for 15 minutes and strain. Drink a decoction of ½ cup 3-4 times a day half an hour before meals. Rosehip decoction promotes healing and regeneration of damaged tissues, and also increases the body’s resistance to infections.

Compress for osteochondrosis

Recipe: 1 tbsp. Grind a spoonful of hop cone powder with 1 tbsp. a spoonful of butter. Rub the pain points with this composition.
