To apply it correctly, you need to lift the upper eyelid with your fingers so that its mucous membrane becomes visible. This is exactly how deep you need to paint with a pencil. In this case, the eyeliner should not cover the entire eyelid, but one third, and be located either exactly in the middle, or on the outer corner of the eye (the choice depends on the shape of the eyes).
The mucous membrane of the lower eyelid should be painted with a white pencil, the color of which will merge with the white of the eye. Any shadows of two shades are applied on top, shading the border between light and dark. Finish off the makeup with a thick layer of mascara or false eyelashes.
