Oriental eye makeup. Video instruction

The main task of Arabian makeup is to give the eyes a characteristic oriental cut. Start by applying a soft foundation to your eyelids. Do this with a brush, spreading the foundation evenly in a thin layer. Then apply white or light gray eyeshadow, blending carefully but thoroughly.

Draw a thin gel eyeliner along the eyelash line on the upper and lower eyelids, extending it beyond the edge of the eyelid from the outer (arrow) and inner sides by about 1 cm.On the inner side of the eye, the upper and lower eyeliners must be connected, that is, in fact, the inner contour of the eye must be drawn. giving it an elongated shape. On the outside, above the arrow, draw another arrow so that something looks like a “tick” or “dovetail”.

Black eyeliner is a must-have for Arabic makeup. To make the look even more expressive, you need to paint over the lower eyelid above the eyelashes with a soft pencil.

The next step is to use dark shadows. If your eye color is brown, use a dark brown, blue, green, or dark gray eye shadow.

To give light eyes an oriental flavor, shades of blue, gray, purple, green, golden tones are most suitable. Apply them, starting from the outer edge of the eyelid to the middle, blend well, creating a blurry transition from dark to light. This step is one of the priorities in creating an oriental look. The darkest part should be at the outer corner of the eye.

There comes a turn of white luminous (so-called neon) shadows. With a thin brush or a sticker, draw a white outline along the bottom edge of the eyeliner, lightly tint the inner corner of the eye and the gap between the “dovetail” from the outer corner of the eye. Then, with a brush, lightly blend the white shadows just under the eyebrows, closer to the outer corners of the eyes.

It’s up to you to decide which shades are preferable – matte or pearlescent – but, as a rule, oriental beauties like to use shiny shining colors. And the use of matte shadows will add smokiness and depth to the look.

The final step in creating oriental eyes is applying mascara to the eyelashes. The upper lashes can be colored with mascara in several layers. The eyelashes of the lower eyelid are painted only once.
