orange | 2.0 (piece) |
milk cow | 1000.0 (gram) |
chicken yolk | 4.0 (piece) |
sugar | 0.5 (teaspoon) |

Cut off a thin layer of zest from one orange, squeeze the juice out of the orange. Cut the second orange into slices, sprinkle with sugar, pour over the squeezed juice and, covering the dish with a lid, put in a cold place. Mix the egg yolk with sugar. Bring the milk with orange peel to a boil, mix with the egg yolk mass and starch diluted in cold milk. While stirring, warm up without boiling. Pour the finished jelly into a shallow bowl. When it’s cool, stick the candied orange slices into it. Serve chilled jelly with the remaining orange syrup.
