Optiderm is used as supportive and long-term treatment of skin diseases with dryness and itching, e.g. atopic dermatitis, non-allergic contact eczema. The preparation soothes dry and itchy skin and restores its natural barrier. The drug is in the form of a cream and can be dispensed in a pharmacy without a prescription.

Optiderm – indications and dosage
Optiderm is recommended as supportive and long-term treatment of skin diseases with dryness and itching, e.g. atopic dermatitis or non-allergic contact eczema. The preparation greases, soothes and makes the skin softer and more moisturized.
Dosage
Topically applied to the skin, usually 2 × / day for 3 weeks.
Optiderm and contraindications
The following are contraindications for the use of Optiderm:
- allergy to any ingredient of the preparation,
- acute generalized form of psoriasis,
- acute inflammation,
- oozing and infected skin lesions,
- oyster erythroderma,
- do not use in newborns.
Optiderm – warnings
- The preparation is intended only for external use on the skin.
- Application to broken skin may cause irritation.
- Pregnant and breastfeeding women should consult a doctor before using Optiderm. There are no data on the safety of the preparation in this period.

Reddening of the skin, itching, pustules.
