Oprah Winfrey told how she lost 18 kilograms
The talk show queen has released a book with recipes that helped her lose weight.

Or her infamous late 80s diet, when Oprah sat on broth and water for four months. As a result, she dramatically lost weight, and after a while she gained 40 kilograms!
Therefore, when the TV presenter recently admitted that she had lost a good portion of weight without denying herself her favorite bread, her fans were intrigued.
