Ingredients:
5 L of water,
head of white cabbage,
5 large onions,
3-6 fresh or canned tomatoes,
2 medium carrots,
2 green bell peppers,

Preparation: Wash vegetables, cut into circles or bars, put in a saucepan, add herbs, pepper, salt, cover with water, bring to a boil, let it boil for 10 minutes, then simmer until tender.
