At the same time, first of all, the body parts with excess fluid and intestinal contents, therefore, when following fast diets, you should not be surprised that the lost kilograms return in the shortest period of time.
The stricter the method of losing weight, the more chances that it is harmful to health and is burdened with a lot of contraindications. Therefore, before deciding to lose weight quickly, you should consult with your doctor.
One-part diets are the most common among the methods offered as an affordable tool for quickly losing excess pounds. There are a lot of examples of such diets, and the principle of their action is based on a sharp restriction of the body both in the nutritional value of the diet and in its calorie content.
The most popular diets are meals for 3-7 days:
- one boiled buckwheat
- kefir and a little cottage cheese
- apples
- green tea with milk
Or as a last resort 14 days, as in the example for the Japanese diet.
These diets are calculated for short-term use, since they are not very beneficial for health and are poor in nutritional and vitamin composition.
In protein diets, the principle of action is based on the fact that without glucose entering the body, it is forced to receive energy from its own fat reserves. Protein diets allow for meat, fish, and low fat dairy products, but no sugar or carbohydrates. They are allowed only in a minimal amount as part of vegetables or fruits. Fats on the menu should also not be present.
In a few days, you can lose weight in this way by 3-5 kg. These dietary patterns are less restrictive than those that suggest eating only one type of food, but they are contraindicated in people with kidney disease.
Other ways to lose weight quickly
Among the many techniques that advertise easy weight loss are those that recommend drinking ginger or natural apple cider vinegar with honey. These components are indeed capable of activating metabolism, but without adhering to a diet and adding active physical activity to life, it makes no sense to count on a sharp weight loss.
