All you need to workout is a low-resistance latex fitness band, so you can even do it at home.
Lie on a mat and bend your knees so that your feet are completely flat on the floor. The arms are extended in front of you at a level just above the abdomen.
Place the tape between two palms and stretch a little. You should feel your shoulder muscles tighten. Maintain this hand position throughout the exercise.
Now lift both shins up and twist the core so that your knees rest on the stretched fitness band. As you exhale, alternately straighten your leg forward, keeping your foot above the floor, and change. Repeat 10 times with each leg, and then lower your torso and legs to the floor to rest.
During the exercise, try to press your lower back to the mat as much as possible and strain your abs. Repeat the exercise 2 more times.
To maximize the abs and put the final chord in your workout, at the end of each set, straighten your arms over your head, maintaining the stretch of the tape, and also extend both legs and slowly lower them to the floor.
