An unhealthy lifestyle, lack of intense exercise are predisposing factors.
Speaking separately about prostate cancer, it is often diagnosed between the ages of 50 and 70 years. We recommend that patients in this age group do a certain HC, undergo dispensary examinations. And here it is recommended to collect a family history, as prostate cancer can be transmitted. Certain germline mutations, the BRCA1, BRCA1 gene, like breast cancer, are transmitted in the first line.
As for breast cancer, the aforementioned genetic defects take place, of course, there is no single definite factor. There can be many risk factors for the development of pathologies, for example, late menopause, no history of childbirth, abortion, smoking, alcohol, the presence of concomitant diseases such as diabetes or obesity, high body mass index and low physical activity.
