This recipe can be considered a kind of vegetable salad, adapted for those who cannot imagine a meal without meat. In terms of content, it resembles a Greek salad recipe or how Greek-style chicken breasts with olives are prepared, but it has its own significant differences. For the salad you need: – 200 g of smoked chicken fillet; – a few lettuce leaves; – 300 g of tomatoes; – 100 g feta cheese; – 1 sweet pepper; – 50 g olives; – 15 ml of vegetable oil, the same amount of vinegar and lemon juice.

At the bottom of the dish, place lettuce leaves torn by hand into small pieces. Put tomato slices on top of them, and feta bars on them. If it was purchased in a whole piece, then pre-cut it. Place chicken and olives on top of the salad, then cover it with a sauce made from mixed vinegar, olive oil and lemon juice.

It is preferable to use small tomatoes for this recipe, as their halves will look the most beautiful in the salad.

Salad with olives and chicken

Chicken fillet with olives or olives is equally suitable for salads with traditional ingredients and with fruits. An example of such a salad would be citrus, the preparation of which will take a few minutes and a minimum of products:

– 100 g of boiled chicken meat; – 2 oranges; – 50 g olives and the same amount of pitted olives; – 30 g of vegetable oil.

Peel the oranges, cut into wedges and cut each into pieces. Cut the chicken into pieces of the same size. Combine oranges, chicken and olives with olives, then season the salad with vegetable oil. For all the seemingly rather peculiar combination of vegetable oil with oranges, it is this that gives originality to the salad, chicken makes it more satisfying, and olives and olives set off the taste of white meat.
