beef tongue 100.0 (gram)

chicken egg 3.0 (piece)

Method of preparation

Boil the beef tongue until cooked (in salted water without boiling, add onion, carrots, celery, 5-6 peas of black pepper). Boil potatoes and eggs. Cut meat, vegetables (boiled and fresh) into cubes, chop the egg white, yolk grind, chop green onions and salt. Mix everything in a large cup or saucepan. Pour with kefir, add finely chopped herbs, salt to taste. Separately in a glass, dilute citric acid in warm boiled water and add to okroshka. To finished okroshka, add sour cream.
