The indication for the use of Oculotect Fluid Sine drops is symptomatic treatment of symptoms related to dry eye syndrome.
Dosage
- 1 drop into the conjunctival sac 4 × / d or depending on the severity of the symptoms.
Oculotect Fluid Sine can also be used to moisten soft and hard contact lenses. Administer immediately after opening the single-dose container.
Oculotect Fluid Sine and contraindications
Hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients of the preparation is a contraindication to the use of Oculotect Fluid Sine.
Oculotect Fluid Sine – warnings
- Oculotect Fluid Sine is a single-dose container, do not store any unused contents.
- Do not touch the eyelids or other surfaces or objects with the tip of the dropper.
- Oculotect Fluid Sine is not recommended for use in pregnant and breastfeeding women due to the lack of data on the safety of its use; use of the preparation during this period only after consulting a doctor and only if absolutely necessary.
- Patients who experience blurred vision after taking Oculotect Fluid Sine should not drive or use motor vehicles.
- There is no information on the safety of the drug in children.
Oculotect Fluid Sine – interactions
In the case of using other ophthalmic drugs, Oculotect Fluid Sine should be instilled last, not earlier than 5 minutes after instillation of the previous drug.

There may be:
- mild transient burning sensation or stickiness of the eyelids,
- very rare: irritation or hypersensitivity reactions.
