Ingredients for 1 serving: – 2 tbsp. oatmeal; – 50 ml of drinking water; – 50 ml of low-fat yogurt; – 1 apple; – 1 lime; – 5 nuts (hazelnuts, almonds) or 1 tablespoon dried sunflower kernels; – 1 tsp raisins; – 1 tsp honey.

Soak the flakes in water for an hour and a half or overnight. Peel and seed the apple and grate on a fine grater, squeeze the lime juice. Combine the swollen oatmeal with yogurt, add chopped nuts or seeds, grated fruit, raisins and slightly warmed honey. Pour citrus juice over the mixture and stir the salad.
