Beer “Oak and Hoop” is produced by the Trekhsosensky brewery. The company was founded in 1888 and was named after three pine trees growing near the brewery building. The first owners of the plant, the merchants Markovs, were among the first in Russia to adopt German production technologies, for which they were elevated to the rank of suppliers of the imperial family. A characteristic feature of the production was the aging of the drink in barrels, which were made in our own cooperage. This method prolongs the freshness of the product and gives it a special taste.
Today the company combines ancient traditions with modern technologies. The private brewery has become one of the largest companies in Russia. Production facilities are located in Ulyanovsk and Dimitrovgrad. Beer is brewed on modern lines of German and Czech production. Since 2009, the company has included a large brewery “Vityaz”.
The management of the Trekhsosensky plant has repeatedly stated that the quality of the product is on the conscience of the brewers, so the purchase of high-tech equipment is given top priority here. Complete modernization of the lines allows the production of 13 liters of beer per day. The production cycle is automated, and operators monitor compliance with the technology.
Types of beer Oak and hoop
Draft beer has always been the standard of quality. Coopers most often made containers from oak. Natural wood gave the drink a special color and taste.
Barrel
The grade is made on technology of natural fermentation. When brewing, light and caramelized malt are mixed, which gives the drink a special taste and aroma. The composition also includes purified hops and water. During the aging process, the product is saturated with hop products, as a result of which the drink acquires the qualities inherent in a real draft beer. The taste is soft, with a pronounced sweetness, the fortress is not felt. The alcohol content is 4,9% and the density is 12%. The product is poured into glass bottles with a capacity of 0,5 and 1 l, as well as in PET 1 and 1,5 l.

Aged
It has a high alcohol content – 6,3% and a high density – 16%. The color is transparent with a copper tint. In the manufacture, a bookmark of two varieties of malt is used – regular and caramel. The extended aging period gives the beer strength. Aroma – grain, with a slight smell of dried fruits. The manufacturer positions the product as completely natural, which confirms the soft and somewhat sweet taste of beer. The alcohol component is absent. The brand is supplied in glass bottles with a capacity of 0,5 liters and in plastic containers with a volume of 1,5 liters.
