The more correct the diet of adolescent girls is, the more often nuts and peanut butter are present in their menu, the lower their risk of developing breast cancer over the years.

This is the conclusion reached by American scientists who have been monitoring the health of schoolgirls for many years. Experts monitored the health of 9 schoolgirls aged 000-9 years. Year after year, they analyzed data on girls’ dietary habits and biopsies of benign breast disease. And so until the performance of the participants is 15 years old.

As a result, it was found that girls who ate nuts and peanut butter at a young age had a benign breast tumor by the age of 30 39% less often than others. Scientists have previously linked the inclusion of these foods in the diet and the risk of developing breast cancer. But only this time they managed to establish a relationship in fact.
