The expert advised to buy meat, poultry, fish, caviar, orange fruits and vegetables, nuts, as well as add olive oil and chia seeds to food.
The nutritionist is sure: in order to regain the ability to distinguish between smells, it is necessary to eat carrot salad seasoned with sour cream. And the consumption of orange vegetables and fruits will help to transfer the disease much easier.
