Growth is a pressing issue for some people who want to grow a few more centimeters without being looked down on by others. To do this, you need to resort to some tricky tricks.
Remember that growth most often continues until the age of 18, however, exceptions to this rule are quite common. Some people continue to grow up to 25 years old, so do not despair ahead of time. And yet, if you want to achieve noticeable results, you need to start working on yourself from a young age.
You need to eat well and properly. It is important that the food is rich in calcium, also take extra vitamins A, C, D, as they are actively involved in bone growth. Eat as much dairy products as possible: milk, cottage cheese, kefir, etc. Include cereals in your diet – buckwheat and oatmeal. You need to eat fruits and vegetables, drink more water and various liquids. It is especially useful to drink a glass of milk or liquid kefir before bedtime.
Eat small meals, but more often 4 or more times a day. Remember that starvation and malnutrition will not lead to anything good: to grow, the body needs as much nutrients and energy as possible.
Do specific exercises that help you lengthen your bones and grow your body quickly. Start by exercising every morning, making sure to sip on all your limbs. Pull your arms up high and rise on your toes, hold this position for a few seconds, then return to the starting position. Sit on the floor with your legs apart. Stretch alternately to the toe of your left foot, then straight and to the toe of your right foot.
Perform a series of upward jumps throughout the day. It is better for this to go out into the street, to the sports ground, so as not to disturb the neighbors from below with unnecessary noise. Jump quickly and as high as possible, stretch your arms towards the sky. In just a day, you need to make 100-200 jumps.
Whenever possible, try to reach upward, touching objects located at a height – door frames and light bulbs indoors, tree branches outside, etc.
Hang the bar every day. You should completely relax, but do not let go of your hands for as long as possible. As soon as you feel that you started to get tired, reach down and only then jump to the ground. To be more effective, you can ask your partner to hang on to you for a few seconds.
Engage in sports that promote growth. First of all, this is swimming, basketball and volleyball. Athletics helps a lot: long jump, pole vault, as well as gymnastics. If you are doing weightlifting, your growth may stop prematurely due to the fact that you have to often lift heavy weights. Remember this if you are fond of this sport.
