The first day:

breakfast: millet porridge, fruit drink with jam.

lunch: chicken broth with chicken leg, garlic with bread and salt, fruit drink with jam,

dinner: mashed potatoes, poultry cutlet, carrot and cabbage salad, fruit drink with jam,

for the night: chicken broth.

drinking amount: at least 4 liters.

Second day:

breakfast: homemade cheese, tea,

lunch: sorrel cabbage soup, melon,

dinner: beef liver, broccoli, beet salad with walnuts,

at night: warm drinking yoghurt.

Day Three:

breakfast: oatmeal with milk,

lunch: cabbage soup with beef meat,

dinner: buckwheat porridge, stewed turkey,

at night: milk with honey.
