How we make syrup
To prepare nut syrup, nuts are crushed, poured with sugar syrup and simmered for 5-10 minutes, stirring constantly.
After that, the syrup is cooled, filtered and poured into a glass container. To obtain a clear nut syrup, it must be filtered several times.
Nut proportions can be either 1 to 1 or mono nut syrup, but in this case the taste will not be so interesting.
The main thing to remember is that fantasy (in terms of proportions) and the availability of available raw materials are important for this syrup.
