– It wasn’t that bad yet. During the pandemic, the bad situation of our professional group worsened. A lot of nurses are gone – said Kaczmarska in the program.
According to the vice-president of OZZPiP, the government does not focus on a group of nurses and midwives. On the air, she said that the guidelines that the government has now received have been adopted – i.a. o employment standards or salaries.
– There will be a paradox. What we obtained in 2015, the so-called zembalowe, will be included as a whole. A group of nurses and midwives will be remunerated on an equal footing with other professions, incl. registrars, secretaries – said Longina Kaczmarska.
And she added: – This minister does not know the health care system. He has made us a humiliated professional group. This is how we feel.
