How is nose piercing performed?
Despite the fact that nose piercing is a fairly easy procedure, it should only be done by a specialist in a specialized salon. First, you, together with the master, decide on the type of puncture, the piercer disinfects the nose and marks the puncture site with a marker. Then, if desired, anesthesia is done. The puncture is performed with a special needle with a catheter, then an earring is inserted through the catheter. For the first piercing, it is better to purchase an earring made of a special medical alloy. Once the piercing has healed, you can insert a steel, silver, or gold earring. Before inserting a new piece of jewelry, be sure to disinfect your hands and the earring itself.
Tunnels are an extreme type of nose piercing.
Not everyone likes such a piece of jewelry, but its owner undoubtedly attracts everyone’s attention.
Nose piercings take 1-3 months to heal. Immediately after the piercing, the nose may swell a little and hurt. The swelling will subside in a couple of days. At first, you will have to rinse your nose with a disinfectant solution and lubricate with a regenerating ointment.
