Ingredients

1. Citrus vodka – 40 ml

2. Prosecco – 100 ml

3. Rosemary – 5 g

4. Honey – 15 ml

5. Lemon zest – 1 pc.

How to make a cocktail

1. Place the top of a sprig of rosemary in a mixing glass and muddle.

2. Add honey 15 ml and orange vodka 40 ml.

3. Fill a glass with ice cubes and stir with a cocktail spoon.

4. Pour through a strainer into a chilled cocktail glass.

5. Using a cocktail spoon, layer on 100 ml of prosecco.

6. Garnish with lemon zest.
