Non-alcoholic cocktails ideas for pregnant women

For your health and that of your baby, it is imperative that you do not drink alcohol during pregnancy. But don’t panic, you will be able to drink with the others! Non-alcoholic cocktails are an equally festive alternative. Based on seasonal fruits, these are healthy drinks with vitamins, ideal for boosting your immune system. Follow our recipes, and have a good fiesta!

Original alcohol-free cocktails for pregnant women

Le Santa rosa beach

Ingredients:

  • 1 Florida grapefruit to extract 5 cl of juice,
  • 3 cl of raspberry puree,
  • 1 cl of rose syrup,
  • 5 cl of cranberry juice.

Utensils:

  • 1 shaker,
  • 1 colander,
  • 1 large glass.

Preparation:

Add one by one, in a shaker, the Florida grapefruit juice, the rose syrup and the cranberry juice.

Then gently inject the raspberry puree into the shaker.

Using a colander, pour the mixture into the glass.

 

Surf side

Ingredients:

  • 1 Florida grapefruit to extract 4 cl of juice,
  • 2 cl of lime juice,
  • 4 cl of pineapple juice,
  • 2 cl of peach syrup.

Utensils:

  • 1 shaker,
  • 1 colander,
  • 1 Martini glass.

Preparation:

One by one, slide the ingredients into the mug of the shaker.

Start with Florida grapefruit juice, then pineapple juice and peach syrup.

Then, squeeze a lime and add its juice.

Mix everything together and run the mixture through a strainer into the Martini glass.

 

Gulf breeze

Ingredients:

  • 1 Florida grapefruit,
  • 1 cucumber to make 5 slices,
  • 2 cl of cane sugar syrup,
  • 1 lime to extract
  • 2 cl of juice, 5 cl of apple juice,
  • 5 cl of cranberry juice.

Utensils:

  • 1 mixing glass,
  • 1 knife,
  • 1 stemmed glass for presentation.

Preparation:

Cut the Florida grapefruit into quarters and the cucumber into slices.

Pour the sugar into the mixing glass, and squeeze the lime to extract 2 cl of juice.

Pour in the apple juice and cranberry juice and add ice cubes.

Add the cucumbers and Florida grapefruit wedges and mash it all!

 

Spring hill

Ingredients:

  • 5 fresh raspberries,
  • 4 basil leaves,
  • 2 Florida grapefruit wedges,
  • 2 tablespoons of brown sugar,
  • 3 cl of raspberry puree,
  • 8 cl of cranberry juice.

Utensils:

  • 1 spoon,
  • 1 twisted spoon,
  • 1 whiskey glass

Preparation:

Start by placing 5 raspberries directly into the highball glass.

Cut the Florida grapefruit into quarters then pour the raspberry puree into the glass and add two tablespoons of brown sugar.

Add a few basil leaves, mix everything together using the twisted spoon.

Insert the crushed ice, and pour in the cranberry juice.

Stir a second time and place a straw in it.

 

Marco island

Ingredients:

  • 10 fresh mint leaves,
  • 1 lime to make 4 wedges,
  • 1 Florida grapefruit to obtain 2 quarters,
  • 2 tablespoons of brown sugar,
  • 1 cl of cane sugar syrup,
  • 6 cl of sparkling water

Utensils:

  • 1 teaspoon,
  • 1 mixing spoon,
  • 1 large glass.

Preparation

Put the 10 fresh mint leaves directly into a tall glass.

Cut a lime into wedges, then the Florida grapefruit to get 2 wedges.

Add 1 teaspoon of brown sugar and the cane sugar in syrup.

Crush everything and pour in the crushed ice, then the sparkling water. Mix everything with a mixing spoon and enjoy!

 

Alcohol-free cocktails made with fresh fruit

Comforter

¼ orange, ¼ pomelo, ¼ lemon, ¼ banana

¼ grapefruit, ¼ d’ananas, ¼ mangue, ¼ kiwi

½ pear, ½ apple, a little cinnamon

The great classics, revisited without alcohol

If you have the blues of classic cocktails, know that they are also available in alcohol-free version. We take it easy on the sugar anyway. 

The Mojito

Ice sparkling water, 5 untreated limes, 1 bunch of mint, 4 tablespoons of cane sugar. We can also offer you an alcoholic version of the mojito, but be careful, pregnant women do not!

The Piña colada

150ml coconut milk, 300ml pineapple juice, 4 pineapple slices, a handful of ice cubes 

The Bloody Mary

We call it the Virgin Mary: 20 cl of tomato juice, 1 cl of lemon juice, 1 cl of Tabasco, 1 cl of Worcestershire sauce, celery salt, pepper
