Nolpaza Control

Nolpaza Control is a acid-blocking medicine that contains a proton pump inhibitor. It is indicated in adults for the treatment of reflux symptoms such as heartburn. Nolpaza Control – indications and dosage

Nolpaza Control tablets are recommended for the treatment of the symptoms of gastro-oesophageal reflux disease:

  1. heartburn
  2. regurgitation.

Drug dosage

Nolpaza Control are gastro-resistant tablets to be taken by mouth. The preparation should be taken before a meal, swallowed whole and washed down with water. Do not crush, chew or crush. It should not be administered to children and adolescents up to 18 years of age, due to the lack of clinical data in this group of patients. No dosage adjustment is needed in the elderly and in the elderly and with impaired renal function.

  1. Adults: 20 mg once a day, usually for 1-2 days. Treatment should be discontinued when symptoms resolve. Do not use for more than 3 weeks without consulting a doctor.

Nolpaza Control and contraindications

  2. A doctor should be consulted if: new symptoms develop, weight loss, vomiting, swallowing disorders, bloody vomiting, gastric ulcer, jaundice, liver dysfunction, treatment of symptoms and indigestion for longer than 4 weeks, diseases affecting general well-being.

  3. increased levels of lipids (triglycerides, cholesterol),
  4. weight changes
  5. depression,
  6. confusion,
  7. visual disturbances and blurred vision
  8. taste disturbance
  9. increase in bilirubin
  10. arthralgia,
  11. muscle aches,
  12. gynecomastia,
  13. increase in body temperature,
  14. peripheral edema.
