  5. Under no circumstances drink on an empty stomach. Eat something fatty an hour beforehand to protect the walls of your stomach and duodenum. When you drink on a full stomach, you absorb alcohol more slowly.

Stage II – Skilful consumption of liquors

  1. Do not mix vodka with champagne or beer, as the released carbon dioxide will contribute to the rapid absorption of alcohol.

  • isotonic drink – a source of valuable ions,
  • tomato juice – potassium will take care of the efficient functioning of the nervous system,
  • honey and fruit juices – due to the fructose they contain, they will help burn alcohol.
