I went on diets, did the coding, but as a result, instead of the 15 kilograms that I threw off, I gained even more. In general, after 100 kilograms, the weight comes imperceptibly. The first to sound the alarm was my director Oleg (I work in a printing house). He said that my weight had become not only heavy, but threatening my health. To reach me, Oleg took a picture and put this picture on my desktop. I went by car, but when he found out how much I weigh, the director literally forced me to walk. Once he even threatened that he would delay my salary so that I could eat less. We did this. I left the house and walked as long as I could get through. Then I called the director, he would pick me up and give me a lift to work. During the day I gave instructions, an indispensable condition for the fulfillment of which was that I walk on foot. I also signed up for the pool, but along with the lost calories, a strong appetite came. It got to the point that I could not do elementary things. So, even my daughter helped me to tie shoelaces … “

Since the spring of 2016, I had a break, and returned to the regime of proper nutrition and training in November. Frankly, I had breakdowns. I am an emotional person, so I’m used to seizing experiences. Now in training, I go on a treadmill for 5 kilometers at a higher speed and squat myself, with dumbbells. In total, I train five times a week: two are strength training, three are cardio exercises. “
