“No diets”: the model told how to lose weight after childbirth

The 33-year-old young mother advised not to listen to the advice of the Kardashians and not to compare yourself with other women or with the stars on social networks.

Vogue Williams is a model from Ireland. Now she is 33 years old, and she became a mother relatively recently, only 9 months ago. She looks, despite the recent birth, despite her age, excellent. Vogue assures that she did not try to sit on rigid diets in an attempt to regain her “pre-pregnant” figure. And in general I tried to mock myself less.

“Don’t try to get your prenatal body back earlier than six months after giving birth,” the model strongly advises.

But Vogue still gave some advice to all young mothers. The first and most important thing is to try to move.

“I trained for most of my pregnancy. As soon as the toxicosis ended, she immediately returned to sports. I did every day – fitness, yoga. I just love sports, I have a real addiction to it, ”she admitted.

The girl said that she tried to exercise a little, even on the day of birth. But her plans were confused by the doctors: they prescribed stimulation for six in the morning.

“I went in for sports before pregnancy. Therefore, my muscle memory was formed – the body remembered how to react to stress, ”says Vogue. But then he makes a reservation: “But you must listen to yourself too. Pregnancy can be difficult, so my method is not for everyone. “

And she is right: the Australian fitness guru, for example, could not exercise throughout her pregnancy, she was so bad. Emily Sky gained over 20 kilograms and developed saggy skin on her stomach. But, according to her, she still does not regret anything.

“Don’t try hard diets. There is no need to rush to lose weight in general, your body needs to get used to all the changes, – continues Vogue. She began to play sports again only two months after the birth of her son. – And in any case, do not try to compare yourself with other mothers. Especially with the stars on social networks. This is all just unnecessary pressure on women from society: you must always be perfect. No need!”

Vogue also walked through the Kardashian family: the sisters advertise diet cocktails with which they supposedly keep in shape, despite the tendency to be overweight.

“This is stupid and dangerous. Better do yoga, ”Williams says flatly.

And finally, she advised to listen to critics and trolls less:

“People love to criticize someone’s appearance. Don’t listen to anyone, listen to yourself. And don’t expect miracles. Just work on yourself. “
