There is no person who does not face losses, does not experience illness or financial difficulties. If you feel discouraged, say to yourself: “I am stronger than I think. I overcame difficulties, I will do it now.” Sometimes we forget about it, but it’s true.
1. I have everything in order to overcome this.
Thinking “I can’t handle this” or “It’s not fair” is definitely not going to help you. Instead of focusing on what you lack, think about what you already have. If you have lived up to this point, you have probably experienced a lot and already know a lot.
2. Failure is only part of the road to success.
Of course, there is nothing pleasant in failures, but there is no need to punish yourself for them again, worrying and lamenting.
They only show that you are trying new boundaries and new opportunities, and not staying in a comfort zone all your life.
Treat failures as a strict but fair teacher, because each of them points to the direction in which you need to work harder. If young children considered every fall a failure, they would never learn to walk.
3. I try and do my best
If you are going through a very important job interview or you have one last chance and there is no room for error, this is not the time to demand perfection from yourself. This will only increase your stress and anxiety. Show yourself compassion, say: “I did everything that depended on me,” this will add to your self-confidence. And rely on your luck.

Remember that neither pain nor experiences last forever. It is very difficult to experience loss, but it is part of life and no one can avoid loss. In the very first, acute period, try not to get hung up on resentment and resistance to what is a fact. Little by little, the pain will subside.
If you have problems that need to be solved now, and you do not know how to approach them, think that in five years they will be successfully solved. Remember some crisis moment from the distant past, and you will see that it is so. As hard as it is to get started, don’t give up.
5. I am stronger than I think
Drive thoughts “I will never get over this” or “I will never be happy again” from yourself. They drag you down and prevent you from discovering the forces that are hidden within you.

Blaming others for your problems (no matter how they are to blame) will not fix the situation. Don’t waste your mental energy on this. You need to act, and the sooner you realize this, the sooner you will be able to do this and the sooner positive changes will occur.

The main thing is that I act in accordance with my inner convictions. Be brave enough to make your own decisions, even when not everyone likes them.

Of course, the temptation is great to stay within the usual framework, but to get through difficult times, you need to do what you may not have had to do before. Fear is very unpleasant to experience, but it is only an emotion, and do not let it swallow you up. It is possible to cope with it if you are not afraid to admit it.

Remember all the moments when you succeeded, they will give you strength and confidence.
