Night sweats after the COVID-19 vaccine. Where do they come from?

Regardless of whether the vaccinated person has received Pfizer, Moderny, AstraZeneki or Johnson & Johnson, they may experience night sweats. It is about a situation where sweating is so great that it is necessary to change pajamas or even bed linen. The vaccinated person may not experience increased body temperature at all. Nocturnal offspring may also feel cold and shivering.

If you look at the list of possible adverse reactions to vaccination of each of the preparations used in Poland, we will discover that only the manufacturer of the AstraZeneki vaccine writes about excessive sweating. However, each leaflet contains information about a possible fever. And it is this elevated body temperature that is primarily responsible for the phenomenon of night sweats in vaccinated people.

Adverse vaccine reactions in Poland. What are the most common?

In Poland, from December 27, 2020, i.e. after the administration of the first dose of the COVID-19 vaccine, a register of adverse post-vaccination reactions has been kept. It is regularly supplemented and made available on the gov.pl website. Until May 17, 2021, adverse vaccine reactions occurred in a total of 8. 534 vaccinated.
